4br FRISCO/PLANO AREA Month to Month ROOM RENTAL FURNISHED w/BED Utilities Included + Wifi and Cable TV in Tyler, Texas For Sale
I have a Room Available starting Sept. or later anytime in my 4 bedroom home shared by myself a female home owner and 1 other tenant. There is no public transportation such as buses/taxi's in this area for commuting so please have your own car or rental car. This home is 5min from Stonebriar Mall in Frisco and 10min from the Shops of Legacy area in West Plano off the North Dallas Tollway or Hwy 121 areas... also near Hwy 75.
I can take in 1 adult tenant only (without kids or kid visitation or pets. FYI: there are already cats here.) This is typically a month to month room rental so there's no minimum number of months you need to stay. The home is xxxx sq ft. and your room is a large 12'x13' approx. on the 2nd floor with full private bathroom on the 1st floor.
The monthly rent of $860 would include everything, furnished bedroom on 2nd floor w/ private full bathroom on 1st floor, a private 2nd floor living room which is your area to use separate from mine on the 1st floor. Your upstairs living area has cable tv, there's also wireless internet, and shared kitchen and all utilities included with the rent price as well once a week washer/dryer use. No large groups of friends over for security reasons including no over night guests. This is a place just for the lease holder to stay.
Please don't bring extra furniture or storage items moved into the house because your closet is all the space you have for personal items. I just ask that everyone wash their dishes right after use so there's no pile up in the sink and room/bathroom to be kept maintained and cleaned before move out date.
We would sign a month to month contract for the number of months you plan to stay even if it's 1 month to start. I ask for a $100 deposit which is refundable as long your areas are damage free as when you moved in. I would ask for proof of employment and a copy of your drivers license for security reasons which I'll take when meeting if we both agree to the living arrangement.
If you have questions or would like to see the place we can set up a time after 9pm week nights or Sat/Sun.. I work from home and only take tenants who work outside of the home Mon-Fri. 9am-5:30pm or later. I don't reply to people inquiring from International countries, and only cash payment for rent is taken but you will get a receipt and contract copy.
