Medical Collections Representatives. It’s not what you think. We are looking for individuals who are confident and work well with others to assist patients in finding a viable payment option. The better the negotiator the bigger the commission checks! You must be a confident, independent, competitive self-starter. Top performers are charismatic, persuasive and possess a sense of urgency. The candidate needs to be accurate, detail oriented, structured and be able to articulate thoughts and solutions over the phone. We work in an open, energetic environment!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Call volume ranges from 250 to 300 dials per day
Possess strong customer service skills, with ability to build relationships.
Persuade and assist patients to pay their outstanding bill
Negotiate payments and terms of agreement
Adhere to policies, procedures, and laws pertaining to Medical Collections
We will train you on the Medical Collections process giving you the tools to succeed.
Job Requirements/Preferences
Possess strong communication, analytical, and negotiating skills
Demonstrate assertiveness and persuasiveness
Must be a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced atmosphere
Must be motivated to excel, with an open mind to change
Able to navigate User Friendly Collections software
Excellent time management skills
Computer skills required
Excellent attention to detail
High School Diploma or G.E.D. certificate preferred (not required)
Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Compensation
Paid training, competitive base salary, commission, monthly contests and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K and tuition reimbursement.
